2.1 Registration Process

To create an account on jitben, you must provide accurate personal information. Choose a strong password during registration that should not be shared with anyone. Full responsibility for ensuring the security of your account rests with you.

2.2 Password Protection

Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential. If another person uses your account, responsibility for that falls on you. If you forget your password or suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Account Verification

jitben reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document may be required for verification. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.4 Closing an Account

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting us. You are requested to withdraw any eligible remaining balance before the account is closed.

3.1 Deposit Methods

jitben supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Use accurate details when depositing — jitben will not be responsible for failed transactions caused by incorrect information.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may only be made through registered and verified payment methods.

3.3 Withdrawal Hold

Withdrawals may be held or cancelled in the following circumstances:

• Identity verification (KYC) is incomplete
• Active bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• Fraud or unusual activity is suspected
• Discrepancies are found in account information

3.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are not permitted.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,000; a deposit of ৳42,000 or more earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the bonus to become eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

jitben offers four VIP tiers — the weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

As your gaming activity grows, it is possible to advance to higher VIP tiers.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other dishonest means will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of bonuses.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

5.2 Prohibited Activities

jitben may set minimum and maximum bet limits for various games and betting options. We reserve the right to change these limits at any time.

10.2 Balance After Cancellation

If an account is cancelled due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If no breach is proven against the user, a fair balance will be returned.
